胰蛋白酶抑制剂在肿瘤治疗中的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 胰蛋白酶是胰腺分泌后活化的一种酶,可以选择性地水解蛋白质中由赖氨酸或精氨酸的羧基所构成的肽链,进而分解为氨基酸。科学家们在豆类、谷类、油料作物等植物中发现了多种胰蛋白酶抑制剂。其中,植物来源的胰蛋白酶抑制剂具有相对分子质量较小、免疫反应较弱、原料来源广及价格低廉等优点,受到研究者的关注。
