摘要
审视现代学徒制人才培养模式的科学内涵,选取绵阳职业技术学院为具体研究对象,探究其现代学徒制人才培养模式的困境,总结实践经验,明确当前人才培养工作的着力点。通过加强顶层设计、营造企业参与环境、完善双主体育人机制、强化专兼职教师队伍等举措,大力提高现代学徒制人才培养的能力和水平,为其他高职院校推进现代学徒制人才培养模式提供实践经验。
Taking Mianyang Vocational and Technical College as the specific research object,this paper examines the scientific connotation of modern apprenticeship talent fostering model,explores its dilemmas,summarizes its practical experiences,and clarifies the focus of current talent fostering.It is suggested to strengthen the top-level design,form a favorable environment for enterprise participation,perfect the dual-subject talent fostering mechanism,and forge a qualified teaching team with full-time as well as part-time teachers,in order to promote the capacity and level of modern apprenticeship talent fostering and provide practical experiences for other vocational colleges.
