摘要
初步分析光质对海洋硅藻中华盒形藻蛋白质合成的影响,发现在红光、蓝光和白光下蛋白质合成的量和种类有所不同。并对硅藻SDS-PAGE样品制备法作了改进,即增加1次甲醇冲洗步骤,通过加热/冷冻循环破碎硅藻细胞。
The effect of light quality on protein synthesis of marine diatom Biddulphia sinensis was pre liminarily investigated. Protein amounts and species synthesized in red, blue and white light were somewhat different. And, the proparation of diatom protein sample for SDS-PAGE was improved, i. e., adding a methanol-washing step, breaking diatom cells by 2 cycles of heating/freezing.
