摘要
本试验以2年生红榉苗干为材料,采用正交试验设计,研究激素种类、浓度及浸泡时间对扦插育苗成活率、生根指标及部分地上指标的影响。结果表明:激素种类、浓度及浸泡时间对成活率和生根指标的影响较大,对地上生长指标影响较小。3个因素中,激素种类和激素浓度对扦插育苗影响较大,除对枝条数影响不显著外,对成活率、生根指标和其它地上指标均有极显著影响;浸泡时间影响相对较小,除对枝条数、枝粗影响不显著外,对成活率、生根及其它地上指标具有极显著影响。IBA∶NAA(10∶1)处理插穗成活率最高,总根数最多,显著高于ABT、NAA和IBA处理;成活率、总根数、根粗、枝长随激素浓度升高出现先升高后降低的效应,成活率和根粗均以150 mg/L处理最佳,总根数和枝长以100 mg/L最佳;成活率、总根数和根长以浸泡2 h最佳,枝长以浸泡3 h最好。综合来讲,最佳的红榉扦插育苗处理:激素为IBA∶NAA(10∶1),浓度为150 mg/L,浸泡时间为2 h。
Applying 2-year old woody branches of Zelkova schneideriana as materials,the effects of hormone type,concentration and soaking time on the survival rate,rooting index and some ground indexes were studied using orthogonal experimental design.The results showed that hormone type,concentration and soaking time had obvious influences on survival rate and rooting index,but less effect on ground indexes.Among the three factors,hormone type and concentration had greater influences on cutting propagation.Except having no significant effect on the number of branches,the survival rate,rooting index and aboveground indicators were all significantly affected.Soaking time had the less effect on the cutting propagation.It had significant effect on the survival rate,the total root number,the root length and the length of branches.The survival rate of cuttings treated with IBA∶NAA(10∶1) was the highest and the number of total roots was the most,which was significantly higher than that of ABT,NAA and IBA treatments.The survival rate,total root num-ber,root thickness and branch length showed a trend of increasing firstly and then decreasing with the increase of hormone concentration.When the concentration was 150 mg/L,the survival rate and root thickness of the cutting seedlings were the best.The number of total roots and the branch length which were treated with the concentration of 100 mg/L were the best.The survival rate,root number and root length with soaking for 2 hours and the branch length with soaking for 3 hours had the best effects.All in all,the best rooting treatment for Zelkova schneideriana was 150 mg/L of IBA+NAA(10∶1) with the soaking time as 2 hours.
