摘要
[目的]研究核桃皮、马齿苋和辣蓼草乙醇提取物对玉米蚜拒食活性的影响。[方法]采用单因素试验和正交试验设计,研究不同浓度、温度和时间条件下核桃皮、马齿苋和辣蓼草乙醇提取物对玉米蚜拒食活性的影响。[结果]核桃皮乙醇提取物对玉米蚜拒食活性最强(拒食率为84.27%),其次是马齿苋乙醇提取物(拒食率为84.22%),辣蓼草乙醇提取物对玉米蚜拒食活性最低(拒食率为82.32%)。核桃皮乙醇提取物对玉米蚜拒食活性与乙醇提取物浓度和时间呈正相关,其热稳定性较差,乙醇提取物浓度为100.00 mg/m L、环境温度为30℃、处理时间为48 h时对玉米蚜的拒食活性最佳;马齿苋乙醇提取物对玉米蚜拒食活性与乙醇提取物浓度和时间呈正相关,其热稳定性较强,乙醇提取物浓度为100.00 mg/m L、环境温度为25℃、处理时间为48 h对玉米蚜的拒食活性最佳;辣蓼草乙醇提取物对玉米蚜拒食活性与乙醇提取物浓度和时间呈正相关,其热稳定性较差,乙醇提取物浓度为100.00 mg/m L、环境温度为30℃、处理时间为48 h对玉米蚜的拒食活性最佳。[结论]核桃皮乙醇提取物对玉米蚜拒食活性最强,其次是马齿苋乙醇提取物和辣蓼草乙醇提取物。
[ Objective ]To study the effects of ethanol extracts ti'om walnut peel, Portulaca oleracea and Polygonum hydropiper on antifeedant ac- tivity of Rhopalosiphum maidis. [ Method ] Using single taetor and orthogonal test, the antiteedant activity of walnut peel, P. oleracea and P. hy- dropiper ethanol extracts on R. maidis under ditterent concentrations, temperature and time was studied.[ Result ] The antifeedant rate of walnut peel ethanol extracts against R.maidis was 84.27%.The antiteedant rate of P.oleracea ethanol extracts against R. maidis was 84.22%. The antifeed- ant rate of P. hydropiper ethanol extracts against R. maidis was 82.32%.The activity of ethanol extracts from walnut peel was positively con'elated with the concentration of ethanol extracts and time, its thermal stability was poor, the antiteedant activity of R. maidis was the best when the etha- nol extracts concentration was 100.00 mg/mL, the ambient temperature was 30 ℃, and the treatment time was 48 h.The activity of ethanol ex- tracts from P.oleracea was positively con'elated with the concentration and time of ethanol extracts, its themml stability was strong,the antiteedant activity of R. maidis was the best when the ethanol extracts concentration was 100.00 mg/mL, the ambient temperature was 25 ℃, and the treatment time was 48 h.The activity of ethanol extract from P. hydropiper was positively correlated with the concentration and time of ethanol extract, its thermal stability was poor, the antiteedant activity of R. maidis was the best when the ethanol extracts concentration was 100.00 mg/mL, the ambient temperature was 30 ℃ ,and the treatment time was 48 h. [ Conclusion] The ethanol extracts of walnut peel have the strongest antiteedant activity, tollowed by the P.oleracea ethanol extracts and P. hydropiper ethanol extracts.
