繁殖群体量及种子老化对红麻种质遗传完整性的影响 被引量:2

Effect of Sample Size and Seed Ageing on Genetic Integrity of Kenaf(Hibiscus cannabinus L.) Germplasm

摘要 利用形态标记和分子标记的方法,分析了红麻繁殖群体量和种子老化对种质遗传完整性的影响。结果表明:繁殖群体200株和150株,其遗传完整性优于100株和50株,初步得出红麻种质适宜繁殖群体量为150~200株;种子老化可导致库存种质原样本的有效群体下降,当种子发芽率低于70%或库存样本有效数量低于入库数量一半时,应及时进行繁殖更新,种子发芽率降低对种子基因组的遗传完整性没有影响。 The effect of the number of reproductive population and seed aging on genetic integrity in kenaf(Hibiscus cannabinus L.) gerplasm was studied using morphological characteristics and molecular markers.The results showed that:When the population size was 200 and 150,the genetic integrity was better than that of 100 and 50.Hence,the appropriate reproductive population were 150-200;Seed aging could make effective group of inventory germplasm samples decreasing.Seed reproduction and regeneration should be carried out when the germinate rate was lower than 70% or the sample size was lower than half of the original samples.Seed germination rate has no effect on the genetic integrity of seed genome.
