非智力因素在创新教育中对中职学生的影响

摘要 创新教育的目的是培养创新人才,良好的非智力因素的培养在学生成长为创新型人才中起着重要作用。中职学校承担着为社会培养生产、服务第一线的应用性技能人才的任务,更应重视非智力因素的培养,促使学生养成良好职业素质,成为一个跨世纪的优秀人才。
