近年来,国务院、科技部等机构多次印发有关文件,重点提出促进研究机构和高等院校的技术转移与科技成果转化,其中"技术转移"与"成果转化"二词均在文件中被多次提及,技术转移与成果转化在科技工作中的地位日益提升。在辨析技术转移与成果转化的概念和内涵、二者的差异和联系的基础上,区分二者不同,找到二者之间的关系,提出推动成果转化的方式和路径,以此来更好地理解政策文件精神,有效开展科技成果转化工作。

In recent years,the State Council and the Ministry of Science and Technology,P.R.China have issued many documents focusing on the promotion of technology transfer and the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in research institutions and institutions of higher learning.The two words ＂technology transfer＂ and ＂transformation of achievements＂ were both mentioned for many times.The position of technology transfer and transformation of achievement is increasingly becoming more and more important in the work of science and technology.The purpose of this paper is to distinguish and analyze the difference between the concept of technology transfer and transformation of achievement.Technology transfer and transformation of achievement have many differences and connections.Finding the differences and connections and the way to promote the transformation is very important to better understand the spirits of the central documents and improve the work of the transformation of achievement.
