矢量变频器在油井解卡中的成功应用

摘要 对于海上采油平台来说,工况良好的油井是采油平台生产的基石,能够运用好所学专业知识和技术,解决生产中油井的各类故障,可大大降低维修成本,提高生产效率和经济效益。阐述了如何利用矢量控制变频器的技术,成功实现油井电泵解卡。现场技术人员在分析和处理电泵卡阻故障时,分析问题方向准确、处理方式得当,认真研究地面电机配电与油井电泵配电的差异,在充分理解变频器矢量控制原理的基础上成功解卡油井电泵,避免了一次昂贵的提泵大修,为相关技术人员解决油井电泵卡阻问题提供解决思路和理论依据。 For offshore oil platform,oil wells with good working condition are the foundation of platform production.The mastering of professional knowledge and technology is able to solve various failures in well production and significantly reduce the maintenance cost and improve production efficiency and economic benefit.This paper introduces a case which uses vector control frequency converter technology to solve oil well pumps stuck.On-site technical personnel properly handled and carefully studied the ground distribution and the distribution difference of oil wells when analyzing and dealing with electric pump jam.They successfully solved the problem on the basis of fully understanding inverter vector control principle of oil well pumps,which avoids an expensive lift pump overhaul.The thoughts may provide reference to related technicians in dealing with oil well pump jam problems.
