摘要
海上某采油平台发电机的原动机是某公司生产的可燃油和燃气的双燃料透平机组,由于机组在燃油系统上存在设计缺陷,导致燃油管线回火,燃烧不尽的柴油高温积碳,进而致使燃油管线断裂、燃料喷嘴结焦,存在不同程度的安全隐患。对此问题进行研究和分析,设计出一套完整的解决方案,通过增加吹扫功能解决了该问题,降低了设备维护成本,保证了设备的安全稳定运行。
The generator at an offshore oil production platform was designed for the dual fuel turbine unit of the company.However, due to design flaw in fuel system, temper of the unit's fuel line happened and carbon deposition caused by incomplete burn diesel resulted in potential safety hazards such as breakage of fuel pipeline and fuel nozzle coking. The problem was studied and as a result, a complete set of solutions were worked out, which adds the scavenging function and reduces the cost of equipment maintenance and ensures the safe and stable operation of the equipment.
