气凝胶绝热板研制及在钢包中保温效果研究 被引量:2

摘要 阐述了制取气凝胶绝热板原料选择依据和结构设计原理,对比传统绝热材料的导热性能,大胆提出了一种新材料结构应用于炼钢保温材料的研发,利用二氧化硅气凝胶等非金属材料和金属材料铝箔进行复合成型,开发出一种高效节能的保温材料。通过钢包实际应用气凝胶绝热板的保温效果,验证了气凝胶绝热板具有高效节能环保的特点,为今后选择绿色节能保温材料提供了实用参考依据。 The reason of material selection for aerogel insulation board and the principle of its structure design were described.Through comparison of the heat conduction properties of traditional thermal insulation materials,this paper presents a new material for the development of steel-making thermal insulation.A highly effective energy-saving thermal insulation material was developed by non-metallic materials including silica aerogel,and the metallic material aluminum foil.The application effect of the aerogel in ladle was verified,which is highly effective,energy saving and environmentally friendly. It will provide a theoretical basis for the selection of green energy-saving insulation materials.
