摘要
近年来,天津市海外卫生人才工作不断创新,走在了全国海外人才管理工作的前列。同时,在工作中不断加深体制改革,解放思想,提升服务力度,真正地将政府职能与海外人才需求相结合。通过对目前天津市海外卫生人才管理工作的指导思想、基本原则、工作目标进行总结,梳理改革创新现状及成效,并阐述了海外卫生人才引进培养办法。
In recent years,the overseas talent work in Tianjin keeps walking in the forefront of the country's overseas talent management.At the same time,it deepens the system reform,emancipates the mind,enhances service efforts,which combines government functions with the needs of overseas talents.This paper summarizes the guiding ideology,basic principles and objectives of the management of overseas talents in Tianjin.Combing the status quo and effectiveness of reform and innovation,it expounds on the overseas talent introduction and training methods from the policy level to understand current situation of talent management in Tianjin city in 13 th Five-Year overseas.
