艾灸配合半夏泻心汤治疗胃食管反流性咳嗽疗效观察

Efficacy Observation of Moxibustion plus Banxia Xiexin Decoction for Gastroesophageal Reflux Cough

目的观察艾灸配合半夏泻心汤治疗胃食管反流性咳嗽(GERC)的临床疗效。方法将108例GERC患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组54例。对照组采用常规药物治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上采用艾灸配合口服半夏泻心汤加减治疗。观察两组治疗前后咳嗽症状评分的变化情况,并比较两组临床疗效。结果两组治疗后咳嗽症状评分与同组治疗前比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后咳嗽症状评分与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为96.3%,对照组为79.6%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论艾灸配合半夏泻心汤是一种治疗GERC的有效方法。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of moxibustion plus Banxia Xiexin decoction in treating gastroesophageal reflux cough（GERC）. Method One hundred and eight patients with GERC were randomized to treatment or control groups, with 54 cases in each group. The control group was intervened by conventional medication, while the treatment group was additionally given moxibustion plus Banxia Xiexin decoction. The cough symptom scores in the two groups were observed before and at the end of treatment, and the clinical efficacies of the two groups were compared. Result The cough symptom score showed a significant change after the treatment in the two groups（P0.05）. After the treatment, the cough symptom score in the treatment group was significantly different from that in the control group（P0.05）. The total efficacy rate was 96.3% in the treatment group versus 79.6% in the control group, and the between-group difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion Moxibustion plus Banxia Xiexin decoction is an effective approach in treating GERC.
