针刺八脉交会穴加穴位贴敷治疗妊娠恶阻临床观察

Clinical Observation of Acupuncture at the Eight Confluent Points plus Acupoint Sticking for Hyperemesis Gravidarum

目的观察针刺八脉交会穴加穴位贴敷治疗肝胃不和型妊娠恶阻的临床疗效。方法 60例肝胃不和型妊娠恶阻患者随机分为针刺组、补液组,分别采用针刺加穴位贴敷和常规补液的方法,观察两组患者的临床疗效、起效时间、治疗次数。结果针刺组治愈20例,有效8例,无效2例,其疗效与补液组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),并且针刺组在起效时间、治疗次数方面也优于补液组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺八脉交会穴加穴位贴敷治疗肝胃不和型妊娠恶阻较静脉补液治疗效果显著,起效快,治疗次数少,无不良反应。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture at the eight confluent points plus acupoint sticking in treating hyperemesis gravidarum（HG） due to liver stomach disharmony. Method Sixty patients with HG due to liver stomach disharmony were randomized into an acupuncture group and a fluid infusion group to receive acupuncture plus acupoint sticking and fluid infusion, respectively. The clinical efficacy, action time and number of treatment session in the two groups were observed. Result In the acupuncture group, 20 cases were recovered, 8 cases showed effective and 2 cases failed, and the therapeutic efficacy was significantly different from that in the fluid infusion group（P0.05）. Moreover, the acupuncture group was also superior to the fluid infusion group in comparing the action time and number of treatment session（P0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture at the eight confluent points plus acupoint sticking can produce a more significant efficacy in treating HG due to liver stomach disharmony compared to fluid infusion, and it can take a faster action with fewer treatment sessions while causing no adverse reactions.
