摘要 对近零能耗建筑外围护结构节能设计施工现状进行了国内外技术调研,针对北方地区近零能耗建筑外墙外保温系统的较厚保温材料对系统耐候、抗剪、防火等性能影响问题,重点以岩棉带、岩棉板、聚氨酯、石墨聚苯板、模塑聚苯板、挤塑聚苯板、真空绝热板材料及保温系统为研究对象,通过对满足近零能耗建筑外墙热工性能要求下的保温材料及保温系统性能的实验检测研究,提出了今后对北方近零能耗居住建筑保温系统检测要求的建议,分析了近零能耗居住建筑保温系统推荐的应用类型。该研究为北方地区近零能耗建筑外墙保温系统的设计与应用提供了理论依据。 The domestic and foreign technical survey on the external insulation system of exterior wall for near zero energy buildings is conducted, for thick insulation material of near zero energy buildings in the northern region impacts on the weather resistance, shearing resistance, fire resistance of the system, focusing on rock wool, polyurethane, polystyrene board, molded graphite polystyrene board, extruded polystyrene board, vacuum insulation plate materials and thermal insulation system as the research object, through the research on the laboratory testing of exterior wall thermal insulation material and insulation system performance which meet to thermal performance requirements, the testing suggestions of building insulation system of near zero energy consumption residential building in the northern area are proposed, analyzing the application patterns recommended to insulation system in zero energy residential building. The study provides a theoretical basis for the design and application of the thermal insulation system of near zero energy consumption building in the northern area.
