城市可持续发展下城市住区外部环境质量提升研究——以天津市住区为例 被引量:2

摘要 随着城市可持续发展策略的提出,生态城市成为当下最为重要的议题。城市住区环境的质量高低影响着城市整体环境,而住区土地的低利用率与过度的能源消耗阻碍了环境的更新,既有住区外部空间已经不能满足居民对高质量生活的需求。环境质量提升成为居民的现实需求。选取天津市城市住区外部环境质量作为指标性影响因素,将天津市两个大型住区中的10个典型性住区作为研究对象。通过调研安全性、保健性、便利性、舒适性与可持续性等五个方面提取的与环境质量相关的影响因素数据,通过SPSS主成分分析、共因子方差、因素解释的总方差、因素碎石图等数据量化方法进行分析,验证外部环境质量影响因素的合理性,为既有住区外部环境质量提升奠定理论基础。 With the urban sustainable development strategy, eco - city has become the most important topic at present. 7he quality of urban residential environment affects the overall environment of the city, while the low utilization rate and excessive energy consumption of the residential area hinder the renewal of the environment, and the existing external space of the residential area cannot meet the needs' of residents' for the high quality of life. Environmental quality improvement has become a realistic demand of residents'. Taking the external environment quality of Tianjin urban residential area as the index influencing factor, ten t-pical residential areas in two large residential districts' in Tianjin are taken as the research object. The data through the investigation of five factors, including safety, health, convenience, comfort and sustainability of the extraction associated with the impact of environmental quality, SPSS through principal component analysis, co rmnon factor variance, the total variance explained by factors, influencing factors of debris map data quantification method for analysis and verification of external environmental factors affecting the quality of the rationality. The paper lays a theoretical foundation for improving the external environment quality of existing residential areas.
