摘要
城市的发展导致超高层建筑的数量在逐步增多。超高层建筑属于特别耗能建筑。为了提高能源利用效率,达到超高层建筑节能目的,以国贸三期B阶段项目为例,分析并研究出寒冷地区超高层建筑在外围护结构保温、建筑照明等方面节能设计的关键技术,提出了不同气候分区的超高层建筑设计应根据其气候特征去考虑节能措施的理念。
With the development of the city, the number of super high - rise buildings is increasing gradually. Super high - rise buildings belong to special energy consuming buildings. In order to improve the efficiency of energy utilization and achieve the purpose of energy saving for the super high - rise buildings, based on the project of China World Trade Center for the three phase B, this paper analyzes and finds out the key technologies of energy saving design of high - rise buildings in cold areas, such as exterior insulation, building insulation and building lighting and so on. The concept of energy saving measures should be taken into account in the design of super high - rise buildings with different climatic ,zones.
