摘要
添加不同种类的一元醇及内给电子体制备蒙脱土(MMT)负载的Ziegler-Natta催化剂,采用原位聚合法合成了聚乙烯(PE)/MMT纳米复合材料。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和透射电镜(TEM)表征复合材料的结构,并分析了其热性能和力学性能。结果表明:当选用的一元醇为正己醇,内给电子体为正硅酸乙酯,蒙脱土质量分数为2.7%时,PE/MMT纳米复合材料具有较好的颗粒形态结构和优异的综合性能。
The Ziegler-Natta catalyst supported on the montmorillonite is prepared with the different types of monohydric alcohol and internal electron donor, and the PE/ MMT nano-composhes are synthesized with in-situ polymerization method. The microstructures are characterized by scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscope. Its thermal properties and mechanical properties are analyzed. The results show that when the selected monohydric alcohol is hexanol, and the internal electron donor is tetraethoxysilane, and the mass fraction of montmorillonhe is 2.7%, the PE/MMT nanocomposite has good particle morphology and excellent comprehensive properties.
