摘要 通过单因素方差试验方法,研究了壳聚糖(CS)用量对木粉(WF)/高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)复合材料界面相容性、力学性能、吸水性能和抑菌性能的影响,并采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对复合材料的微观结构进行了表征。结果表明:CS能够改善WF/HDPE复合材料的界面相容性、力学性能,并赋予复合材料一定的抑菌性能。添加CS质量分数为6%时,WF/HDPE复合材料的综合性能最佳。 The effects of chitosan (CS) content on the interfacial compatibility, mechanical properties, water absorption and antibacterial properties of wood flour/high density polyethylene(HDPE) composites are studied by single factor variance test. The microstructure of the composites is characterized by FTIR and SEM. The results show that the CS can improve the interfacial compatibility and physical and mechanical properties of wood flour/HDPE composites, and endow the composite with certain antibacterial properties. When the addition mass fraction of CS is 6%, the comprehensive properties of wood flour/HDPE composite are the best.
