摘要 以1-己烯为共聚单体,利用釜式淤浆工艺双反应器串联聚合生产双峰聚乙烯PE100管材料树脂,研究了两个反应器聚合工艺条件对产品性能及催化剂活性的影响。结果表明,工艺条件的变化对产品熔体流动速率、密度及催化剂活性具有较大影响,是影响产品质量的主要因素。 The resin for bimodal polyethylene PE 100 pipe is produced in double reactors by tandem polymerization of kettle slurry technology, and 1 hexene is used as comonomer. The effects of polymerization process conditions of two reactors on product performance and catalytic activity are studied. The research results show that the change of process conditions has a significant impact on product melt flow rate and density as well as catalytic activity, which are the main influential factor to the quality of the products.
