摘要
以一款已申请专利的多功能台灯的面板作为研究对象,对零件注塑模具进行设计。详细介绍了注塑模具设计中的制品分析、选材、设计计算、模具动作过程分析、零件设计、模具校验等方面问题。生产实践证明,设计的模具工作稳定,达到实际生产要求,量产所生产的塑件质量良好。
Taking the panel for the patent as the research o of one multi functional desk lamp that has been applied bject, we design the injection mold for the parts. The general steps of the injection mold design, the analysis of the products, the selection, the design calculation, the analysis of the die action process, the design of part stab The r t s and die check are illustrated. Practical production proves that the mould wor ial he ks ly, and meets the actual production requirements, and carries out mass production quality of the produced moulds is good.
