专科护理干预在外伤性蛛网膜下腔出血持续腰池引流治疗中应用观察

Application of specialized nursing intervention in continuous lumbar drainage for traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage

目的:观察专科护理干预在外伤性蛛网膜下腔出血持续腰池引流治疗中应用效果。方法:选取2015年12月~2017年5月我院收治的外伤性蛛网膜下腔出血患者88例,均给予持续腰池引流,按照随机数表法分为两组,各44例。对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组实施专科护理干预,观察并比较两组患者的治疗效果、并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果:与对照组相比,观察组治疗总有效率及护理满意度评分均较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组并发症发生率比较,观察组少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对采用持续腰池引流治疗的外伤性蛛网膜下腔出血患者实施专科护理干预,能有效提升治疗效果,改善临床症状,减少并发症发生,提高护理满意度。

Objective： To observe the effect of specialized nursing intervention in the treatment of traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage with continuous lumbar drainage. Methods： 88 patients with traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage admitted in our hospital in December 2015 ~ 2017 May were treated with continuous drainage of the lumbar cistern and were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,each 44 cases. The control group carried out routine nursing intervention,the observation group implemented the special nursing intervention,observed and compared the treatment effect,the incidence of complications and the nursing satisfaction of the two groups. Results： compared with the control group,the total effective rate and nursing satisfaction score were higher in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The incidence of complications in the two groups was less than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： special nursing intervention for patients with traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage with continuous lumbar cistern drainage can effectively improve the therapeutic effect,improve the clinical symptoms,reduce the incidence of complications and improve the satisfaction of nursing.
