摘要 风湿病学是近些年来发展迅速的学科之一,风湿病很多具有遗传倾向,其中包含了不少疑难症和异质性很强的疾病。结合精准医学理念,在风湿病PBL教学中不断更新对疾病的最新认识和治疗上的进步,将精准医学治疗理念渗透到PBL教学各个环节,融合基础科学和临床研究进展,探索风湿病的本质。培养临床医学生的精准医学思维,达到对风湿病进行精准诊治的目的。 In recent years,rheumatology is one of many rapidly developing disciplines,rheumatism has a genetic predisposition,which contains a lot of heterogeneous diseases and difficult miscellaneous diseases. Combined with the concept of precision medicine,the latest understanding of the disease and the progress in the treatment of rheumatic diseases in PBL Teaching,penetrating the concept of precision medicine into all aspects of PBL teaching,integrating the progress of basic science and clinical research,to explore the essence of rheumatism. Cultivating precision medicine thinking in clinical medical students will achieve the purpose of accurate diagnosis and treatment to rheumatic diseases.
