论文以江苏省《国土资源"四全"服务规范》(江苏省地方标准)编制为例,总结了江苏省在国土资源政务服务标准化建设方面进行的有益探索和实践,提出了操作可行的路径和方法,供国土资源标准化体系建设参考。

This paper, taking the ＂Four Alls＂ service standard of land and resources in Jiangsu province（Jiangsu provincial standard） as an example, summarizes the useful exploration and practice in the construction of the standardization of land and resources government service in Jiangsu Province, and puts forward the feasible ways and methods for the reference of the standardization system construction of the land resources.
