摘要
本文以塑料过滤网的模具设计为实例,在UG环境下采用拔模分析与斜率分析相结合的方法,确定其顺利脱模时模具的分型面。同时采用Moldflow软件对过滤网的浇注系统进行方案优化,减少产品的熔接痕,得到最佳的效果。以期达到缩短设计周期,提高塑件质量的目的。
The mold design of plastic filter is taken as an example,the method of draft analysis and slope analysis in UG environment is used to determine the parting surface of mold,on which the mold can be successfully released. At the same time the Moldflow software is used to optimize the program of the gating system,further the welding marks of product is reduced and the best results can be got. The purpose of saving production costs and improving economic returns is finally achieved.
