摘要
为明确番茄在种子萌发和幼苗生长阶段对氮素的响应,采用纸上发芽法,用0、25、50、75mg/L四个浓度的氮素处理番茄种子。结果表明,番茄种子发芽率随着氮素浓度的增加而增加,发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数均随着氮素浓度的增加呈现"低促进高抑制"的趋势,且在50mg/L施氮量时各项指标均达到最佳。在氮浓度为25mg/L时,番茄幼苗芽长达到最大;氮浓度为50mg/L处理时,促进番茄幼苗生物量的积累。
Taking tomato seeds as test material,the responses of tomatoes to nitrogen during seed germination and seedling growth under four concentrations of urea at 0,25,50,and 75 mg/L using a paper germination method were investigated. The results indicated that the germination rate of tomato seeds increased with the addition of nitrogen concentration,but the germination potential,germination index and vigor index showed a trend of "low promotion and high inhibition"with the addition of nitrogen concentration,and all indexes were optimal at the nitrogen application rate of 50 mg/L. When the nitrogen concentration was 25 mg/L,the bud length of tomato seedlings reached the maximum; when the concentration of nitrogen fertilizer was 50 mg/L,the accumulation of biomass of tomato seedlings was promoted.
