人口老龄化背景下我国城市社区居家养老服务问题研究

Research on Community Service for Home Care of Elderly of City in China under the Background of Aging of Population

本文以人口老龄化为背景,对我国社区居家养老服务所面临的问题进行了分析。由于我国的养老服务起步较晚,各方面设施还不完善,社区居家养老服务还存在很多不足之处。面对社区居家养老的诸多问题,笔者分别从政府扶持力度、专业人员培养、拓宽资金渠道、完善法律法规等方面提出相应改进意见。

Based on the background of aging of population, this paper was analyzed the problems faced by community service for home care of elderly in China. As China＇s old-age care services started relatively late and facilities in various aspects are still not perfect, there are still many deficiencies in community service for home care of elderly. In the face of many problems in community service for home care of elderly, this paper was proposed corresponding measures from aspects of government support, professional training, expansion of funding channels and improvement of laws and regulations.
