汽车4S店配件管理及优化

Management and Optimization of Automobile Spare Parts in 4S Shops

针对汽车4S店配件特点,论述了配件管理基本内容,并具体分析了配件在采购、入库、出库等方面存在的问题,进而提出了配件采购、库存优化、滞留件的控制及处理、配件摆放等优化方法。通过管理方案优化,达到配件采购及时、库存合理、放置有序的目标,对于4S店配件管理工作具有很强的现实指导意义。

In this paper, according to the characteristics of automobile spare parts in 4 S shops, the author discussed basic content of management of spare parts, and analyzed the existing problems of spare parts in purchasing, inputting and outputting.Then the author put forward optimization methods of purchasing parts, inventory optimization, the control and processing of retention parts, and placing parts. Through optimizing management program, the objects of timely procurement, reasonable inventory and orderly placement can be achieved. This paper has very strong realistic guiding significance for spare parts management in 4 S shops.
