住房公积金作为职工福利的一种形式,在很大程度上支撑职工购买房屋。如何构建我国住房公积金体系已有相关探讨,本文阐述了我国住房公积金制度的发展现状及存在的问题,对在金融体系大背景下构建政策性住房公积金体系进行了探讨,提出了解决的方法。

As a form of employee welfare, housing accumulation fund supports employees to purchase houses to a large extent. How to construct housing accumulation fund system in China has been discussed. This paper was discussed how to construct policy-related housing accumulation fund system under background of financial system, and proposed solutions.
