房产面积一直是房屋纠纷的一个主要问题,为把房产纠纷问题降到最小,笔者从图纸审核、绘制草图、共有部位认定、南康房产测绘系统运用、一致性问题等5个方面进行探讨研究,并相应提出了降低房屋面积测绘风险的相关建议。

In view of the typical faults of compressor starting failure in the process of air conditioning overhaul of HXD2 B electric locomotive cab, this paper analyses the reasons based on PLC fault code and puts forward general processing steps.It provides references for locomotive debugging and fault treatment.
