Welding Technique of MAG One-side Welding with Back Formation

MAG焊单面焊双面成形技术焊接速度快,生产效率高,焊接成本低,背面焊缝成形美观,操作简单易学,在机械制造领域得到广泛应用,是每个焊工应具备的基本操作技能。以MAG焊板对接平焊为例,从焊前准备工作、打底焊、填充焊、盖面焊等方面,介绍了MAG焊单面焊双面成形技术,并结合工作实践,总结了焊接规范、焊接技巧,对采用MAG焊单面焊双面成形技术焊接出优质接头具有一定的指导作用。

The technology of MAG one-side welding with back formation has advantages of fast welding speed, high production efficiency, low welding cost, beautiful appearance of back welding line, easy operation and easy to learn. It is widely used in machinery manufacturing and is the basic operation skill that every welder should possess. In this paper, taking butt-weld in the downhand position of MAG soldering block as an example, the authors introduced technology of MAG one-side welding with back formation from aspects of preparatory work of pre-welding, bottom welding, filling welding and cosmetic welding. Then, the authors summarized soldering techniques and welding conditions by combining working practice,which has a certain guidance functions in high-class joint by using technology of MAG one-side welding with back formation.
