摘要
采用误差校表法与经验值校表法相结合的方法,以HT7017单相计量芯片为平台,设计了一款单相智能电能表校表方法。该校表方法在功率增益校正和功率相角校正时采用误差校表法,在功率偏置校正时采用直接写经验值的方法。实验证明,该校表方法提高了校表效率,降低了成本和能耗,保证精度能满足电力公司的技术要求。
In this paper, taking HT7017 single-phase measurement chip as platform, the authors designed single-phase intelligent electric energy meter calibration method combining two methods of correcting meter, including error calibration method and empirical value calibration method. The calibration method is taken an error calibration method for power gain correction and power phase angle correction, and a direct writing empirical value method for power offset correction. The experiment proves that the calibration method improves the efficiency of calibration, reduces the cost and energy consumption, and ensures that accuracy meets the technical requirements of electric power company.
