高校学风建设“五位一体”工作模式探讨

On the "Five in One" Work Mode of Study Style Construction in Colleges and Universities

学风建设是高校人才培养的基础性工程。文章指出,目前高等院校在学风建设方面问题突出,主要表现在学生普遍缺乏强烈的求知欲和刻苦钻研的奋斗精神、一定程度上存在纪律涣散现象、缺乏明确的学习动力和目标、偏重实践就业导向而忽略知识本身的积累创造等四个方面。文章认为,上述问题为高校学生工作管理部门提出了将学生自我管理与学校日常管理相结合、将违纪处理落实与长效机制构建相结合、将校园文化建设与学风建设相结合三个方面的新要求。最后,文章提出学风建设"五位一体"工作模式,及学风建设未来两个方面的难点和方向,以期为今后高校开展学风建设提供借鉴。

The construction of study style is the basic project of college personnel training. At present,universities and colleges havea prominent problem in the construction of study style, which is mainlymanifested in four aspects： Students’generally lack of a strong desire for knowledge and hard work, lack ofdiscipline toa certain degree, lack of clear learning motivation and goals, and a preference for employmentguidance while ignoring the accumulation of knowledge itself. The above problems have brought forward newrequirements for combining the self-management of students with the day -to -day management of schools,combining the implementation of disciplinary violations with the construction of long -term effectivemechanisms, and combining the construction of campus culture with the construction of study style. Finally,the article puts forward the construction ofa “five in one”work style for study style, and puts forward thedifficulties and directions in the next two aspects of study style construction, witha view to providingreference for the development of study style in colleges and universities in the future.
