摘要
伴随着工业的快速发展与新兴材料的大量使用,人们逐渐意识到了材料因为疲劳断裂而产生的危害。工程中急需一种能够快速、准确的预测结构疲劳参数的方法,热像法测疲劳应运而生。文章的疲劳实验是在不同应力的水平下对FV520B钢材料实施的实验。目的是在考虑到实际运行的情况下要验证热成像方法评价能力的有效性。通过和传统的方法进行比较,用热成像方法对材料疲劳行为进行分析能够表现出其相比传统方法更好的地方。
With the extensive use of new materials and rapid industrial development, people graduallyrealized the dangers of the material generated because of fatigue fracture. There is an urgent need foramethod that can predict structural fatigue parameters quickly and accurately in the project. The thermalimaging method is used to measure fatigue. The fatigue test in this paper is an experiment performed onFV520B steel material at different stress levels. The purpose is to verify the effectiveness of the thermalimaging evaluation capabilities, taking into account the actual operation. By comparing with the traditionalmethods, the thermal imaging method can analyze the fatigue behavior of the material and can show its betterplace than the traditional method.
