摘要
肿瘤相关巨噬细胞(TAM)在肿瘤间质中占有很大比例,具有不同于炎症反应中巨噬细胞的表型和功能。在不同刺激因子作用下,TAM可以分化为具有抑制肿瘤活性的M1型巨噬细胞和具有促进肿瘤活性的M2型巨噬细胞。肿瘤组织中的TAM主要为M2型,它们促进肿瘤的发生、发展、侵袭和转移。特定的刺激可将M2型TAM逆转为M1型TAM而抑制肿瘤生长,这将为肿瘤免疫治疗提供新思路。我们简要综述肿瘤相关巨噬细胞在肿瘤免疫治疗中的研究进展。
Tumor-associated macrophage(TAM) occupies a large proportion of the tumor stroma and has a different phenotype and function from other macrophages during the inflammatory generation. TAM can be differentiated into Ml-type macrophages with tumor-inhibitory activity and M2-type macrophages with tumor-promoting activity induced by different cytokines. The TAMs always show the signatures of M2-type macrophages and they can pro- mote the occurrence, development, invasion and metastasis of tumors. Specific stimulation can reverse the conversion of M2-type to Mltype to inhibit tumor growth. This will provide new ideas for tumor immunotherapy. In this review, we will discuss the research progress of tumor-associated macrophages in tumor immunotherapy.
