摘要
勃起功能障碍(ED)常见于糖尿病患者和前列腺切除术后。治疗ED的传统方法常常难以见效,多年来,新方法仍未取得突破。令人兴奋的是干细胞移植治疗ED进入临床前阶段。最近的研究证明移植的干细胞可通过旁分泌作用于周围阴茎组织,并分化为平滑肌、内皮细胞和神经元。脂肪组织来源的干细胞因其丰富且易分离的特点成为有效可行的ED治疗手段。我们简要综述了脂肪干细胞用于ED治疗的新进展。
Erectile dysfunction(ED) is common in patients with diabetes and after prostatectomy. The traditional methods for the treatment of ED are often ineffective. For many years, the new method has not yet made a breakthrough. The excitability is the stem cell transplantation for the treatment of ED into the preclinical stage. Recent studies have shown that transplanted stem cells can function in the surrounding penis tissue by paracrine and differentiate into smooth muscle, endothelial cells and neurons. Stem cells derived from adipose tissue are an effective and feasible ED therapy for their rich and easy separation. In this article,we reviewed the new progress in the use of adipose tissue-derived stem cells for ED treatment.
