组织切片多光谱定量分析技术在肿瘤免疫学研究中的应用

摘要 组织切片多光谱定量分析技术是近年建立起来的新的组织病理学分析方法,由三大技术环节组成,即多重免疫荧光标记、多光谱成像设备与光谱拆分算法、定量组织切片图像分析软件。该分析技术可以获得传统病理学、免疫组化、多标记流式细胞术无法获得的信息。我们简述了该方法的原理,及其在肿瘤免疫和其他疾病诊断、预后效果研判、疾病发生机制等领域的应用进展。 Multispectral quantitative analysis of tissue sections is a novel histopathological analysis technique established in recent years. It is composed of multiplexed immunofluorescence, multispectral imaging and multispectral unmixing, and image analysis software for tissue sections. Through this analytical technique, reseachers can get information unavailable by traditional pathology, immunohistochemistry, and multilabel flow cytometry. This minireview will summarize briefly the principle of this technique, and its application in the disease diagnosis, prognosis and evaluation of treatment efficacy of tumor, as well as in the researches on the mechanism of other diseases.
