情景模拟对产科低年资助产士危急重症抢救能力培训的影响价值分析

Impact of scenario simulation on the training of critical obstetrics rescues for junior midwife

目的研究在产科低年资助产士危急重症抢救能力培训中采取情景模拟演练的临床效果。方法将在2014年10月~2017年10月期间来我院就职的24例产科低年资助产士所有样本资料进行回顾性分析,所有产科低年资助产士均实行情景模拟演练,观察实施前后产科低年资助产士操作技能、理论知识、急救技能,且掌握产科低年资助产士对情景模拟评价效果。结果数据统计研究显示,情景模拟实施前产科低年资助产士操作技能(74.21±5.21)分、理论知识(81.54±6.33)分、急救技能(73.54±5.33)分对比实施后产士操作技能(93.21±6.11)分、理论知识(96.35±7.35)分、急救技能(93.69±4.67)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。产科低年资助产士急救综合能力100%,理论联合实际操作能力100%,专科操作技能100%,心理素质及沟通能力91.67%,应急预案流程掌握能力91.67%,病情观察及判断能力87.5%。结论将情景模拟演练应用于产科低年资助产士危急重症抢救能力培训中效果显著,值得广泛借鉴。

Objective To study the clinical effect of scenario simulation on the training of critical obstetrics rescues for junior midwife. Methods From October 2014 to October 2017 in our hospital, all samples data of 24 obstetric junior midwives were retrospectively analyzed, all obstetric junior midwives were perform scenario simulation exercises. Before and after the implementation, the operation skills, theoretical knowledge and first aid skills of the obstetric junior midwives were observed,and the evaluation effect of the scenario simulation of the obstetric junior midwives were evaluated. Results Statistical data show that before the implementation of scenario simulation, the operation skills（74.21±5.21）, theoretical knowledge（81.54±6.33） and first aid skills（73.54±5.33） of the obstetric junior midwives, after the implementation of scenario simulation, each index were（93.21±6.11）,（96.35±7.35）,（93.69±4.67）, respectively, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The comprehensive ability of first aid was 100%, the theory combined with the actual operation ability was 100%, the specialist operation skill was 100%, the psychological quality and communication ability was 91.67%, the emergency plan flow control ability was 91.67%, and the observation and judgement ability was 87.5%. Conclusion The application of scenario simulation training in the training of emergency and critical care rescue ability of obstetric junior midwives is effective and worthy of extensive reference.
