New application of classical prescriptions

经方因其配伍严谨、方简力宏,深受历代医家所推崇,学习和运用经方一直是中医药工作者所关注和探讨的问题,学习经方是在诸多问题之中思辨求知,而运用经方是在理论指导中科学验证,以此才能实现学以致用。长期以来,笔者在临床遇到一些疑难杂病时,常施以经方治之,每每收获良效,笔者列举了临床应用经方治疗一些疑难杂病,收到良好效果。笔者体会到,临床运用经方关键是识病辨证,抓住病证与病机的一致性,据证选方,灵活运用,方能奏效。

Because of classical prescriptions＇ strict compatibility, simple and effective of prescription, highly respected by the medical doctors of the past dynasties, so learning and applying the classics prescriptions has always been the concern and discussion of Chinese medicine practitioners. Learning the classical prescription is to speculate among many problems and seek knowledge, and using the classical prescription is to scientifically verify in the guidance of theory, so as to realize the application of learning.For a long time, when the author encountered some difficult and miscellaneous diseases in clinic, he often used classical prescriptions to treat them, often harvest good results. The author enumerated the clinical application of classical prescriptions to treat some difficult and miscellaneous diseases, and received good results. The author realized that the key of clinical application is diseases differentiation and syndromes differentiation, to grasp the coherence between the symptoms and the pathogenesis, according to the evidence, flexible use, and can be effective.
