血液净化中心中个体化护理模式的应用效果观察

Application effect of individualized nursing mode in blood purification center

目的探析个体化护理模式在血液净化中心的应用效果。方法选取2015年1月~2017年6月我院血液净化中心收治的220例进行血液透析治疗患者为研究对象,采用随机分配原则分组,每组110例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组采用个体化护理模式进行干预,对两组的临床护理效果进行对比分析。结果观察组患者的内瘘1次性穿刺成功率高于对照组,且护理缺陷发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者在健康宣教、身心护理、穿刺技术、服务态度方面的满意度评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组透析过程中的并发症发生率(低血糖、高血压、导管相关性感染、肌肉痉挛)均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在血液净化中心工作中实施个体化护理模式,可提升穿刺成功率,减小护理缺陷和透析并发症的发生率,且患者满意度更高,值得推广和应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of individualized nursing mode in blood purification center. Methods From January 2015 to June 2017, 220 patients treated with hemodialysis in blood purification center of our hospital were enrolled in this study. The patients were divided into two groups according to the principle of random assignment, 110 cases in each group. The control group was given routine care, and the observation group was treated with individualized nursing model, and the clinical nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The success rate of one-time puncture of fistula in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the incidence of nursing defects was lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. In the observation group, the scores of satisfaction in health education, physical and mental nursing, puncture technique and service attitude were significantly higher than those in control group（P〈0.05）. The incidence of complications in the observation group during dialysis（ hypoglycemia, hypertension, catheter-related infection, muscle Spasm） were significantly lower than those of control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of individualized nursing model in the center of blood purification can improve the success rate of puncture, reduce the incidence of nursing defects and dialysis complications, and patients with higher satisfaction, so it is worth promoting and application.
