全程护理对小儿哮喘氧气雾化治疗效果及依从性的影响分析

目的探析在治疗小儿哮喘氧气雾化中应用全程护理的临床疗效。方法选取我院于2015年9月~2017年9月收治的254例接受雾化吸入治疗的哮喘患儿,以随机数字表法分为126例对照组(常规护理)与128例实验组(全程护理)。观察两组护理效果。结果实验组临床症状消失时间远比对照组早,血氧饱和度指标、治疗依从性与护理满意度远比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用综合护理干预对氧气雾化吸入治疗小儿哮喘有利于促进患儿临床症状尽早的消失,提高患儿的血氧饱和度指标,拉近医患关系,提高患儿治疗依从性,颇具临床应用的价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of whole course nursing on oxygen atomization therapy in the treatment of children with asthma. Methods From September 2015 to September 2017, 254 asthmatic children who received aerosol inhalation treatment in our hospital were selected as the subjects. The patients were divided into control groups（126 cases, routine nursing） and experimental groups（128 cases, whole course nursing） by random number table. The nursing effect of two groups were observed. Results The disappearance time of clinical symptoms in the experimental group was much earlier than that in the control group. The oxygen saturation index, treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction were much higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Application of comprehensive nursing intervention on oxygen atomization therapy of asthma in children is conducive to promote the early disappearance of clinical symptoms, and can improve the indicators of oxygen saturation in children, narrow the relationship between doctors and patients, improve treatment compliance in children, and it have value of clinical application.
