循证护理在提高断指再植患者再植体成活率及满意度的作用

Role of evidence-based nursing in improving the survival rate and satisfaction of replantation of patients with severed finger replantation

目的通过观察患者的不同临床表现,探讨循证护理在提高断指再植患者再植体成活率及满意度的作用。方法选取2015年4月~2016年9月在我院进行治疗的90例断指再植患者,按照简单平均化方法将其分为两组,观察组和对照组均为45例,其中对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者采用循证护理,观察记录两组患者的相关临床指标数据。结果观察组患者的断指再植体成活率(93.33%)显著较对照组高(75.56%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组断指再植体的功能状况评分优良率(93.33%)明显较对照组高(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理满意率(95.56%)显著高于对照组(73.34%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组采用循证护理干预后患者的HAMA评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论循证护理在提高断指再植患者再植体成活率及患者满意度比较显著,HAMA评分较低,可有效推进断指再植患者的恢复进程,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective To explore the role of evidence-based nursing in improving the survival rate and satisfaction of replantation of severed fingers by observing the different clinical manifestations of patients. Methods From April 2015 to September 2016, 90 cases of replantation patients treated in our hospital, according to the simple average method, all patients were divided into observation group and control group, 45 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing care, the observation group was given evidence-based nursing. The clinical data of two groups were observed. Results The survival rate of the observation group（93.33%） was significantly higher than that of the control group（75.56%）, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. In the observation group, the functional status of the replantation（93.33%） was significantly higher than that of control group（80.00%）, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group（95.56%） was significantly higher than that of control group（73.34%）, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The HAMA score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group after the evidencebased nursing intervention, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Evidence-based nursing can significantly improve the survival rate and patient satisfaction of replantation of severed finger, and the HAMA score is lower. It can effectively promote the recovery process of replantation of severed finger, and is worthy of clinical application.
