胃部疾病诊断中血清胃蛋白酶原检测的临床意义

Clinical significance of serum pepsinogen detection in the diagnosis of gastric disease

目的探究胃部疾病诊断中血清胃蛋白酶原检测的临床意义。方法选择2016年1月~2017年6月在我院接受治疗的胃部疾病患者,经病理检查及胃镜检查确诊胃癌患者43例(胃癌组),胃良性病变53例(胃良性病变组),选择同期在我院接受健康体检的正常志愿者45例作为对照组,抽血检验胃蛋白酶原(PGⅠ血清浓度、PGⅡ血清浓度,PGⅠ/PGⅡ比值),分析检测结果。结果胃癌组患者PGⅠ血清浓度显著低于为胃良性病变组(P<0.05);胃良性病变组PGⅡ血清浓度显著高于胃癌组(P<0.05);胃癌组检测血清PGI阳性率、PGⅠ/PGⅡ比值阳性率均显著高于良性病变组及对照组(P<0.05);胃癌组联合检测PGⅠ血清浓度、PGⅠ/PGⅡ比值阳性率显著高于胃良性病变组、对照组,数据差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论胃部疾病诊断中检测血清胃蛋白酶原能够获得良好的临床价值。

Objective To explore the clinical significance of the detection of serum pepsinogen in the diagnosis of gastric disease. Methods From January 2016 to June 2017, the patients with gastric diseases who treated in our hospital were selected, 43 cases by pathological examination and gastroscopy confirmed gastric cancer（gastric cancer group）, 53 cases of benign lesions（benign disease group）, the same period in our hospital of normal health examination were selected as control group（45 cases）, the blood pepsinogen（PGI serum concentration, serum PGⅡ concentration, PGI/PGII ratio） were inspected, the test results was analyzed. Results The serum concentration of PGⅠin patients of gastric cancer was significantly lower than that in gastric benign lesion group（P〈0.05）. Serum PGⅡ concentration of benign gastric disease group was significantly higher than that in gastric cancer group（P〈0.05）. The serum PGⅠ positive rate, ratio of PGⅠ/PGⅡ positive rate of gastric cancer group were significantly higher than those of the benign group and control group（P〈0.05）.Serum PGI concentration, ratio of PGⅠ/PGⅡ positive rate of combined detection were significantly higher than those in benign gastric disease group and control group, difference with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The detection of serum pepsinogen in the diagnosis of gastric disease can be of good clinical value.
