根据GQ80型轻油罐车的结构特点、图样及技术条件等作出各部件工艺分析,并结合货车制造厂的工艺装备、检测器具,在试制过程中采取针对性的必要工艺措施,进行相关的焊接试验,做出焊接工艺评定,保证工艺分析中提出的问题得到有效解决。

According to the structural characteristics,drawings and technical conditions of GQ80 light oil tanker,the process analysis of each component is made,and combined with the process equipment and testing equipment of the truck manufacturer,the necessary technological measures are taken in the trial production process to carry out relevant welding test,and the welding process qualification is made to ensure that the problems raised in the process analysis are effectively solved.
