摘要
在脱硫系统中,若氧化空气量不足,会造成脱硫成效不高、石膏质量下降、石膏不成形等情况,从而出现各种问题,例如:环境污染、负荷受限,等等,在一定程度上限制了机组的安全可靠运行。通过对湿法烟气脱硫氧化空气量不足的原因进行详细分析,提出防止出现氧化空气量不足的控制措施,并阐述出现氧化空气量不足的应对措施。
In the desulfurization system,if the amount of oxidizing air is insufficient,the desulfurization effect will not be high,the gypsum quality will be reduced,and the gypsum will not be formed. Therefore,various problems such as environmental pollution,load limitation,etc. occur. To a certain extent,it limits the safe and reliable operation of the unit. Through detailed analysis of the reasons for the insufficient amount of wet flue gas desulfurization and oxidizing air,the control measures to prevent the shortage of oxidizing air are proposed,and the countermeasures for the shortage of oxidizing air are explained.
