煤矿井下半煤岩巷道的掘进爆破技术研究

Research on tunneling blasting technology for lower coal and rock roadway in coal mine

煤矿井下爆破作业主要应用于井下硐室开挖、巷道掘进和炮采工作面爆破落煤。半煤岩巷道掘进爆破的施工组织有两种形式:一种是煤、岩不分,全断面掘进,此施工形式适用于煤层厚度小于0.5 m、煤质不佳的半煤岩巷道;另一种为煤、岩分掘分运的组织方式,即先掘运煤,然后再掘运岩石,此种方式能保证煤的质量。本文主要研究了龙煤七台河矿业有限责任公司新富煤矿井下爆破的特点及煤矿许用爆破器材,半煤岩巷道掘进爆破的炮孔布置、钻机选择及施工组织等技术问题。

Underground coal mine blasting operations are mainly applied to underground dike excavation,roadway excavation and blasting coal mining. There are two forms of construction organization for blasting in semi-coal rock roadway： one is coal and rock,and the whole section is excavated. This construction form is suitable for semi-coal rock roadway with coal seam thickness less than 0. 5 m and poor coal quality; the organization method of coal and rock excavation and distribution is to first excavate coal and then excavate the rock,which can ensure the quality of coal.This paper mainly studies the characteristics of underground blasting in Xinfu Coal Mine of Longmei Qitaihe Mining Co.,Ltd. and the technical problems of blasting equipment,blasthole arrangement,drilling rig selection and construction organization of coal mine permitted blasting equipment,semi-coal rock roadway blasting.
