摘要
研究分析了BIM技术对工程施工的价值和功能,提出了BIM技术应用于工程施工的环节和程序,提供了利用BIM技术建立建筑工程施工数据处理系统,利用BIM技术调整建筑工程施工系统结构,利用BIM技术细化建筑工程施工技术与实施流程,应用BIM技术重构建筑工程施工企业的管理体系等方法,为BIM技术更为系统、全面地实现建筑工程施工应用做出深层次思考。
This paper analyzes the value and function of BIM technology in engineering construction,proposes the link and procedure of BIM technology applied in engineering construction,provides the construction data processing system of building engineering using BIM technology,and adjusts the structure of construction engineering construction system by BIM technology. BIM technology is used to refine the construction technology and implementation process of the construction project, and the BIM technology is used to reconstruct the management system of the construction engineering construction enterprise. The BIM technology is deeply and systematically realized to realize the construction engineering application.
