板栗果皮多酚提取工艺优化及DPPH自由基清除能力研究 被引量:10

摘要 以板栗果皮为原料研究提取溶剂、溶剂浓度、提取时间、料液比、提取温度这五个因素对板栗果皮多酚提取率的影响,通过正交试验优化提取工艺,并研究了其对于二苯基-2-苦基肼自由基(DPPH·)的清除能力。结果表明,板栗果皮多酚的最佳提取条件:溶剂乙醇浓度60%、提取时间120 min、料液比1:15,提取温度40℃。在此提取条件下板栗果皮多酚提取率为4.67%。板栗果皮多酚对于DPPH·具有良好的清除作用,样品浓度为0.013 mg·mL^(-1)时对DPPH·的清除率为65.04%。 The extraction of chestnut peel polyphenols and its DPPH radical scavenging activity were studied. Chestnut peel was used as raw material to study five factors including extraction solvent, solvent concentration, extracting time, solid-liquid ratio and extraction temperature on the effect polyphenols extraction yield of chestnut peel. Results showed that the optimized extraction conditions were as follows: extraction solvent 60% ethanol, solid-liquid ratio 1:15, extraction time 120 min, extraction temperature 40%. Under these conditions, the extraction rate of chestnut peel polyphenols was 4.67%. The chestnut peel polyphenols showed strong scavenging activity of DPPH. The scavenging rate was 65.04%, when the concentration was 0.013 mg.mL^- 1.
