Researches on Long-term Mechanism of Resource-based City Sustainable Development

针对成熟期资源型城市迫切需要发展替代产业实现城市可持续发展的客观实际,结合ISO3710可持续发展指标体系国际标准和国家关于资源型城市可持续发展规划,采用归纳总结、判断推理和对比分析等方法,阐述了资源型城市可持续发展长效机制的涵义,剖析了资源型城市建立可持续发展长效机制现状与问题,探索性地架构了资源型城市可持续发展长效机制体系,并就其先进性和可行性进行简要评价。

This paper focuses on the urgent need of the mature resource-based city to develop alternative industries in order to achieve the objective reality of the sustainable development of the city. Summarizing, reasoning and comparative analysis methods are used to expound sustainable development and national sustainable development plans for resource-based cities with the international IS03710 index system. This paper expounded the connotation of long-term sustainable development mechanism, analyzed the present situation and problems of long-term mechanism for sustainable development, explored the framework of long- term sustainable development mechanism for resource based city, and giving a brief evaluation of its advanced nature and feasibility.
