农村土地流转绩效评价及对农业产值的影响分析——以安徽省16个市为例

Performance Evaluation of Rural Land Circulation and Impact on Agricultural Output Value——Take 16 Cities Anhui Province as an Example

文章从地区基本信息、土地流转面积、土地流转形式、土地流转期限、土地流转涉及户数五个方面构建了农村土地流转绩效评价指标体系,基于安徽省16个市的面板数据,采用主成分分析法从时序上和空间上对安徽省农村土地流转绩效进行评价,并运用Panel Data面板模型探讨了农村土地流转绩效与农业产值之间的联动关系。研究发现:第一,安徽省农村土地流转绩效时序上呈现逐年逐季上升的趋势;第二,农村土地流转绩效空间上呈两极分化现象,皖北、皖中地区流转绩效明显高于皖南地区;第三,各地区农村土地流转绩效不同导致农业产值存在显著差异。

The article built the rural land circulation performance evaluation index system from five aspects indluding the basic information index of the region, the land transfer area index, the land transfer form index, the land circulation period index and the land turnover involving household number index.Based on the panel data of 16 cities in Anhui province, the principal component analysis was used to evaluate the performance of rural land transfer in Anhui province from time to time, and used panel data panel model to explore the linkage between rural land transfer performance and agricultural output value.The study found that the trend of rural land transfer performance in Anhui province showed an upward trend year by year, and there was a polarization of performance in rural land transfer performance. The performance of circulation in northern Anhui and central Anhui province was obviously higher than that in southern Anhui. The performance of rural land transfer in different regions leaded to significant differences in agricultural output.
